Floating Fish.....

Some very sad news this morning.....when I went to feed Wilbur his morning breakfast of 2 fish pellets, I discovered him floating, never a good sign for a fish. Wilbur was my Goldfish who survived 2 whole years of living in his happy little bowl! He even made numerous trips back and forth in a bucket between Ohio & North Carolina. These trips always traumatized him for a day or two but he always made full recoveries.

I acquired Wilbur when I began begging my parents for my own puppy a couple years ago. My Dad and I made an agreement. First, I had to get a plant and keep it alive for a year. Then I had to get a fish (Wilbur) and keep it alive for a year. After doing these two things successfully I was allowed to finally get my puppy Huck! (It's stupid how much I love that dog.)

Wilbur was the happiest little Goldfish. It's incredible he lived for 2 years!

Rest In Peace Wilbur - I'll Miss You!

P.S. - My plant is still alive and well soaking up the sun on the back porch!

Proof of Blog - Luke Johnson

I just want to bring attention to my side bar "Lindsey's Posse." I use this list to share fellow bloggers I think are worth following & reading.

One specific blogger is Luke Johnson, writer of "Proof of Blog." I attended Elon University with Luke and our paths have crossed and will hopefully continue to cross due mostly to a band we both share a great love for, Anonymous (See Lindsey's Posse again).

Luke's latest entry 'Church & Mate' really struck some personal chords with me. I have a lot of respect for the honesty found not only in this entry but throughout all of his writings.

Everybody check him out, it is definitely worth your time! Luke is also a world renowned poet, so if poetry is your forte this guy will be right up your alley!

I Sold My Soul to Twitter

I'm totally addicted to Twitter!!! I think I like it so much because it provides such instant gratification. Not to mention all of the Celebrities I can totally stalk or "follow" via Twitter.

I'm still having issues using the proper form of Twitter when speaking though....Did I just Twitter or Tweet? Are you a Twitterer or a Tweeter? Does this make me a Twit....?

My Twitter name is LindsLooLoo....so find me and follow me!!!!

Fabulous Celebrity Friday Night!

I had a very exciting, celebrity filled Friday night! The Arnold Classic held annually in Columbus was this past weekend and to kick it off, the FABULOUS David Brown put on a VIP reception/fundraiser for Schwarzenegger's philanthropy; After-School All-Stars. I also got to catch a few glimpses of Maria Shriver coming and going through the lobby. I really wanted a picture with her; people were asking for pictures and autographs, but I totally choked....so unlike me!

Also in attendance was actor Josh Radnor from How I Met Your Mother, and his girlfriend Lindsay Price from Lipstick Jungle. For any Celebrity stalkers out there I can confirm they are officially a couple. She called him "babe," multiple times, to which he dutifully responded!

Lindsay was super, super, sweet and SO gorgeous! I think I freaked her out....she was so pretty I literally could not stop staring at her...haha! She told me she still doesn't know what the future is for NBC's Lipstick Jungle. But she did tell me she's playing a witch in a new pilot for ABC called Eastwick.

Catching Up.

I've missed blogging, so I'm gonna try and start doing it again on a consistent basis. To get everyone (haha... I use "everyone," as if I have lots of loyal readers) caught up, I thought I'd share a few pictures of what I've been doing over the past couple of months.
